Daughter Dance

The annual daughter dance for JES was tonight and it made me stop and think about the fact that we only have one more of these left and then the girls will be off to JMS and parent-less dances ... *sigh* Both the girls and daddy clean up well ... I have such a beautiful family!!!

The girls were each given a wrist corsage from us before the dance and they loved them.  Our local florist always does such a great job.

Maddie's bestie, Tawnie, was at the dance and it didn't take long for them to find each other!

We also had the chance to have a little family photo taken at the event and they actually turned out pretty darn good for a change!!

It was a fun night and there were a ton of girls and their parents (mostly dads) there and I am happy to know we live in a small little town where events like this are possible for the kiddos.

Hungry Peddler with Granny B!

Well from the title of this post ... I bet you can guess we are in LaCrosse visting Granny B!!  We have had a wonderful few days visiting with her and we couldn't complete a trip back "home" without breakfast at our favorite local restaurant.  Only the company was better than the food!

Valentine Boxes ... Ready to Go!!

The girls and I worked together and completed their valentine boxes for school today.  We have decided that we totally LOVE the designer duct tape to cover the shoe boxes.  Alyssa did the Club Penguin Dance Party and Maddie made the pink tree box!
